Single piece flow production is also performed.

Blow Molding
We have blow molding machines whose size are 40mm to 90mm. They mainly produce tanks and hoses which are made of PP and PE.
Assemblies are performed as well.

We mainly use molds whose size are from 20t (for delicate parts: resin nozzles etc.) to 850t ( for tanks, ducts).
Fabrication
A whole process, from molding to welding, is completed by automatic fabrication.
